Kristina is represented by A-Speakers, an international speakers bureau and spends her time travelling the country to speak on harnessing the positive power of stress, self-compassion and radical self-care (and finding cool shoes and boots wherever she goes). She is also board-certified clinical psychologist, executive coach, and speaker who specializes in harnessing the positive power of stress, self-compassion and radical self-care. She helps driven professionals banish burnout and develop skills to make stress work to their advantage to increase focus, productivity and well-being through changes in mindset, perspective, and everyday practices.

Tova Katz is a Los Angeles based award-winning writer and performer. She has coached writing, public speaking, and performance across professional fields for over a decade, performed her original work nationally, appeared on hundreds of stages, including off-Broadway, and co-founded an international LGBTQ+ writing/performance collective. As a multidisciplinary artist, Tova believes everyone has a meaningful story. She is dedicated to helping you tap into your wells of creativity and harness your authentic voice to create connection and impact your audience.

Educated at Seton Hall’s Catholic seminary, and trained by Tricia Brouk’s Art of the Big Talk, Alexis combines passion, intellect, and warmth to offer messages of healing and hope from the stage. With her experience as a missionary, a single mom, an expat, a lover and a friend, Alexis weaves together stories that remind us all of our shared brokenness and our shared beauty. Her work is designed to enliven and promote the incredible adventure that is the life of faith. She has spoken at two consecutive Speaker Salons curated by award winning director, Tricia Brouk, and she is a proud member of the Speakers Who Dare family. Alexis lives with her four fabulous children in Morristown, NJ. They are obsessed with group hugs, karaoke, and making bad day soup.
