In her educational and compelling Big Talk, Andrea shares how the art of feminine leadership can lead to a happier, healthier, more harmonious society. She reveals how our tendency to compartmentalize our softer qualities and conceal our true selves is a universal epidemic. In response, she suggests there are 4 key human attributes that emerge as vital to effective leadership: Collaborative Communicator, Attentive, Receptive, and Effective — or CARE.
