389 Trust Decide Act

Show Summary:

I start this episode off with an incredible quote I recently heard from Ram Dass that was included in the book Conversations With God by Neale Donald Walsch.

Dass said, “I’m neither optimistic nor pessimistic. I don’t find that an interesting place to hang out. I optimize what I do for all possibilities. What happens is what happens.”

Optimizing what you’re doing for all possibilities is such a powerful concept and one I want to get into with you today. And we’re going to do this by examining the three words that I live by: trust, decide, and act.

When you put these three words into practice, you are going to see results, and you’re going to see them quickly. You’ll be able to move the needle in your speaking, your business, and your life.

I want you to walk away from this episode really considering these three words and how you can begin to implement them today.

In this episode, we’ll explore:

  • How to trust yourself and give yourself permission to make mistakes
  • The competence-confidence loop you need to create
  • What happens when you make a decision based on trust
  • Investing in yourself
  • Staying in action and forward momentum
