Embracing Life After Infertility

Today’s show is another in a series of bonus episodes each featuring one of the incredible talks given by my participants in The Big Talk Academy as a part of our Virtual Showcase. This showcase is the culmination of their hard work as they cross the finish line to become certified speakers.

These episodes give you a peek behind the scenes to witness the amazing Big Talks presented and also give you exclusive access to my live feedback and the direction I give to each speaker immediately following their performances.

This week’s episode features Jessica Faath and her talk, Infertility and How I Moved On With the Help of a Mentor.

Jessica Faath began her sales and technical marketing career at Porsche. Since then, she managed a SAP implementation project before moving into a role as a sales leader building long-term strategic partnerships within the automotive industry.

Outside of work, Jessica is passionate about coaching and mentoring collegiate women. She empowers them to walk into their own leadership roles by providing tools and feedback to build their self-confidence.

Jessica holds a Masters of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from the University of Michigan. You can find Jessica in a suburb outside of Detroit with her husband, two boys, and pug dog.

In this powerful talk, she shares her family’s journey through and their life after infertility and her unexpected path to motherhood.

In this talk, she explores:

  • The losses she experienced when trying to start her family
  • How she finally became a mother
  • The many paths to becoming a parent
  • Her beautiful relationship with her son’s birth mother
